Would rate 0 stars if I could. The reviews all sound very indicative of our experience. The cars are unlocked with the keys on the seat. I am writing this review as I await my vehicle to be found. We arrived at MCO at 9:45 Ot is now 11:03 and our car was just brought up. RUN FAR AWAY AND DO NOT USE

i used BMI smart parking to park my vehicle for more than a week next to the Orlando airport. upon return found the vehicle being damaged and no one from their customer service was able to provide any solution they simply do not answer the phone.

Absolutely terrible service. It took us 6 hours to go from Orlando to get us home. . That's a trip that would normally take us two hours. The shuttle would not pick us up so we had to take a Uber to the off-site parking lot. When we arrive there there was no one to help us get our car. We had to search over 500 cars to find ours. We then had to move all cars out of the way in order to get ours out. They damaged the truck and flatten two tires. We had to hire a tow truck to take it to a nearby auto shop which was not open until 8:00 a.m. the next morning. We sat there and waited 6 hours for them to open. Once open the bill was going to be $675 which we paid out of our pocket. Also the tow truck charge this $350. All total $1, 000. BMI claims no responsibility. Do not go here.

BMI SMART PARKING BMI MCO Terrible company La PEOR compañía que pueden contratar. Los chóferes groseros y mal hablado, el trato al cliente pésimo y 50 minutos de espera para que te recojan. No quisiera darle ninguna estrella, pero no existe la opción de cero punto.

Absolutely awful, don't fall for their fake reviews. Look at the 1 star reviews on Google.. These people should not be in business. I wish I could give a negative star. Please please stay away from it. I will spend all my free time to advertise this review to any website. I booked for 5 days from Thursday 07/06/23 to 07/11/23. When we arrived, they made us leave the key inside the car n they would park for us. No incident on departure. As we arrived today 07/11/2023, we experienced the worst wait of two hrs after using their link to request for pick up. No show after 2 hrs, we ended up taking Lyft to the location. My car was parked right in front of the office. We drove home and realized the bumper got a huge ding on it. Called them back but again, voice box full. Just like a ghost company. Shame

Worst experience ever!! This review will read like fiction but believe me it's all true!!! We arrived at Orlando Airport and clicked the link they sent via text to let the office know we were ready to be picked up. After 45 minutes of no one arriving I called the office, no answer. I tried several other numbers associated with BMI and still no answer. After almost 2 hours of waiting and no shuttle we took a taxi to the lot. When we arrived at the lot there were at least a dozen others there already and more people arriving via taxis. The office was open, lights were on but no employees were to be found. People were walking all over looking for their cars! We were all confused, frustrated and in utter disbelief. A few people started walking around to try and find their cars so I decided to do the same. After walking for 2/3 miles in the dark checking thousands of cars I finally found my car. It was unlocked with the keys sitting on the seat! This company doesn’t care about you,your car or your safety!

They literally lost my car and my keys for almost an hour and we’re SO rude about it. They tried to blame it on us saying our pin was “invalid” but we quickly rectified it by showing emails we received from earlier that day. The girl that works the desk has absolutely zero costumer service skills. We’d been traveling all day and had to deal with that. No apology or anything. If I could rate a zero I would.
