Center Street Lot

This parking lot has been unattended for the last several months and has been a total free-for-all. They finally hired an attendant who started today, but when i asked her how to pay for parking she said I can't because the whole lot was already reserved. I'm pretty sure this was a lie because, as i said previously, this lot has been unattended for months and this is the first day that they've had an attendant on duty. When I told her that she shouldn't advertise a service that she's not willing to provide, she told me to "call my lawyer."

The parking lot by itself is ok, but the fees charge by attendant is not the fee posted for the parking lot. Also the attendant area is disgusting with all sort of junk laying around the area of the where the attendant stay. It really depreciate the surrounding area..This need to be addressed by the relevant authorities ASP..
