Parking in Omaha

It’s definitely comforting to know that there are around 4,932 downtown on-street spaces and 4,600 off-street downtown spaces in Omaha to choose from!

Depending on the location, parking rates for on-street spots in Omaha vary from $0.25/hour to $1.00 per hour, the maximum stay allowed also varies from 2 hours in downtown up to 10 hours further from the downtown core. Meters are enforced from 8:30am to 5pm.

You will have to pay around $3.00 per hour for parking at downtown lots and garages and $11 per 24 hours. Long term parking can be as cheap as $50.00 per month at some locations, though other locations might charge more depending on additional features such as on-site security, CCTV, etc.
