When I arrived at the lot a shuttle bus was waiting and the driver showed me where to find a spot to park. When I flew back to Detroit a shuttle bus arrived right away and drove me back to the Green Lot. There were no problems.

This is hard because every now and again you get a nice driver who works hard. But for the most part do anything you can to avoid this lot/shuttle service. They take forever, and are just plain rude. Also, there are a lot of rude 1 star type people who cut you in the pick up line when the shuttle finally does show up. Most (not all) drivers I’ve had seem like they don’t want to be there.

Waited for pickup after returning home. Every other parking lot shuttle (US Park, Airlines Parking, etc) was awaiting customers. Attempted to contact the office to request a pickup with no answer. I will never use the green lot again

There's no sign inside the McNamara terminal to get the green lot shuttle on the return trip. But there is a sign out on the curb, on the opposite end compared to the rental car pick up. It's nice to have an affordable option for parking at DTW when you have time!

Waited and waited for a shuttle to come and get us, we finally had to call and they said they would send someone. Very frustrating when you come home and they're not there to pick you up. I won't be using them again.

0 stars actually. At least a half hour wait to be picked up to go back to the lot every time.

Price keeps going up, shuttle TO our flight...driver had window down (was in 30’s). Good thing fairly short ride we all froze. Coming back, driver drove so fast, starting out he almost hit another bus backing out of pick up area (they were laying on horn so we just missed) and Rest of ride it was “hold on” tight. Very uncomfortable

In the evening of 8/26/2018 at approx. 9:00 pm, I tried to catch a shuttle to the Green Lot 2 where I had parked. I waited for over an hour. In that time two small (8 passenger) green lot shuttles arrived about 1/2 hour apart to service probably 100 customers. While we we waiting, dozens of LARGER off airport parking shuttles arrived to service their customers. The Green lot parkers became frustrated and mobbed the green lot shuttles when they arrived, blocking traffic and creating safety hazards. In fact the only way I got on a shuttle is with a mob that stopped one as it entered the pick up area. I will never park in the green lot again. This not only is terrible customer service but is dangerous. If this is neglected someone will end up getting hurt or killed. I will forward this message to parties responsible for the parking shuttles and airport safety and security because this is negligence.

Waited 30 minutes for a shuttle watched at least 5 fly out without stopping to pick me up. Gave them their $11 and left and parked somewhere else. Never again...not a single shuttle that came in stopped to pick me up and they fly by so fast you cant stop them.

30 minute wait from parking in the lot for a shuttle that holds 8 people to arrive, a group of 20 people waiting. Had to walk out of the lot and take a Lyft to get to the airport and avoid missing flight. Never again.
