Run by scum (Diamond) who purposely post signs that obscure the costs. After 10 minutes of searching the signs for the rate, which said $2 per hour, I put in $5. Came back 2 hrs later to find a bill for $40 on my windshield because the rate after 5 p.m. is supposed to be $9 (posted no where near the $2/hr rate). Shady looking lot and difficult to get in and out on top of the bogus rate scam.
