Upon return from a trip, I lost my cell phone while walking to my car. I was in a complete meltdown realizing I could not even call my family for help. To my prayers Mr. Gregory Mason who drove the gold cart assisting people had found and when the information desk assisted me in calling my phone, Mr Mason answered, not only did he meet me and return my phone, he could see how distressed I was and insisted on taking me to my car. I can never thank him enough and was so impressed regarding his caring and professionalism. Mr. Gregory Mason a credit to his profession and is to be commended. I am extremely grateful to him and Jax Airport. A very positive experience for me. Thank you
