Metra Pingree Road Station

Perfectly standard Metra lot, they all require exact change and it states as much on the machines - other reviewers must not be able to read. It is more convenient to use the app and I, as a regular commuter pretty much only do that as keeping exact change isn't very convenient.

Actually less than 1! They claim you can pay with cash. Yah right. The machine STOLE $40, and then they have that cute little disclaimer stating they won't give refunds. VERY NICE SCAM. You use the app and they charge a "convenience fee," so you end up paying $2.16 instead of $1.50. The additional charge really isn't all that convenient, especially after the machine already STOLE $40! RIDICULOUS. It's worth risking a ticket, then fighting the ticket in court. Let the Judge explain to them the error of their ways!!!!

If there was a negative star rating - I would give it to this organization. The machines say "Cash" - but don't give change. You can call them 8,000 times about getting your overage amount paid back and they don't reply. Use exact change in the machines or get screwed should be the name of the company!
