hard to find open parking, parked under the tree up the curb due to flight time is almost up. got a ticket/citation when i came back. parking violation on a parking lot that is running out of parking spaces. really absurd. parking exit booth lady was saying it was the city, not them. come on, at least put a sign that its not for parking in a parking lot.

Terrible attitude of the workers there. Yes it was Memorial day Monday but telling me it's not my problem really pissed me off. Next time it will be different I promise. They should be fired. Also your signage sucks. Fix it. Address the service or my Family parks elsewhere. I will pay Triple to avoid the Unprofessionalism by your Employees.
-5 stars, took 50 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Only had one cashier open for three lanes. Complete chaos, patrons cars were hit and police had to be called. I PRAY I WILL NEVER HAVE TO USE THIS LOT AGAIN.

Still waiting at Terminal C. Not sure how to get a shuttle bus to South Park Place. Other parking operator’s shuttles come and go. Very frustrating.
Orlando airport has caused a nightmare with these new parking lots - took an hour to get into the lot between everything being full, having to find the new locations, if you miss it you’re back on Semoran, no spots available and people are parking on the curbs. To get back to the lot - we are in line now and it is at least 100 people long and probably have to wait 4 to 5 shuttles before we get there, asked a few employees where the shuttles were and sent across the airport 4 times. Wish they would back the old lots. If you’re coming here plan to add at least 30 minutes to your travel time if not more, we almost missed our flight due to it taking 60 to get parked, and shuttles to the terminal.
I try to avoid this lot at all costs. Terrible service. Not organized at all, the two times I’ve parked there. Forced to park here for Memorial Day weekend because Terminal C parking was closed and no other lot nearby. Terrible.
Shuttle was delayed. Couldn’t pay to get out as only had one lady working. Took longer than the flight. Fire everyone.
Absolutely horrific. Shuttles were supposed to pick up at terminal b, only to have a sign out that we had to walk all the way to terminal a, then the shuttle didn’t come so we had to take a 40 dollar Uber that couldn’t even take us to the right place because the address number is wrong. Had to walk over a mile to get to the car. Absolutely absurd
Waited over half an hour for a shuttle. High wait times are more common now that the new terminal has opened. It's as if they've split their service, serving an additional terminal with no additional work.
Driver last night was incredibly rude. Fire him! Doesn’t know how to let you finish a sentence, assumes you don’t know anything so cuts you off, really disgusting experience.

Literally waiting over an hour and no shuttle has shown up. Save your $ and use another service.
35 minutes waiting for the shuttle that "supposedly" comes every 10 minutes. And this is not a one time issue. It happens very often.
This shuttle is supposed to leave every 15 minutes. However its been every 30 minutes lately. Do not recommend.
