Horrible! Just read the reviews and same thing happened to us last night. Car towed before expiration by Creswell towing. How is this being allowed to happen for years? What a bad look for San Antonio.

Do not park here at all they will tow your car … it’s a scam and they are making a killing the police are aware of this but can’t do anything but someone has too because it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. We were visiting from Australia and paid for our parking by the QR signed directly behind the car … to be told this was not the correct parking lot for that Qr sign … ridiculous couldn’t even answer where I was suppose to pay … we saw 5 cars being towed in a space of an hour … so you can only imagine how many in a day a week and year … theft this has to be an offence unless the right people are getting a kick back !!!

Absolute scam. Do NOT park unless you want to get towed.

Lot#559 Do not park here! They towed our car when we were 10 minutes late. The charge was over $200.00 plus Uber fees. While we were waiting for our Uber they were towing other vehicles as well. If you do choose to use this company, be sure to carry proof of ownership with you or you will not be able to retrieve your car and you will be paying storage fees.

SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! They are running a scam with a nearby tow company. They WILL tow your vehicle even if you paid!!!! Charged twice for parking by the lot, then came back to no vehicle. It had been towed, had to pay for vehicle retrieval on top of the double charge for parking. Look up all the lawsuits on this company!!!

Ce sont des fraudeurs. Mais allez surtout pas stationner votre véhicule à cet endroit. Nous avons été remorqué injustement. S'il vous plaît, allez-vous stationner ailleurs?.

Pd in full for 10 hrs. Had 3 hrs left. Got home (Indiana) and had a violation notice and said I owed $50. Try to call Platinum and no answer or call back. Believe it is a scam

Horrific Experience there today I paid in full— I came out 25 minutes later and they had towed my car their ticket machine had printed the wrong license plate contrary to the one I put in which was accurate. so I spent the next two hours in cabs trying to get an answer- Finally got to my car when I finally got there I was told I owed $220 plus the price of parking-Attorney calling in the morning.

Parking In San Antonio

San Antonio is a huge city with lots of on-street and off-street parking. We’d like to help you get a better idea of where to park and how much it might cost you.

There are over 2000 parking meters, most of which are enforced 8AM-6PM, Mon-Sat. Parking is free outside these hours. There are, however, 60 event only meters at the Alamodome, so be careful not to park there by accident, or otherwise you might get fined or have your car towed.

On-street parking in downtown San Antonio is rather expensive and can be as high as $3.00/hour, so take this bit of information into consideration. Regular meters accept coins, while more modern meters accept cards as well.

When visiting downtown San Antonio, parking in a lot or a garage might be the preferable option, because you can park for an extended period of time at a reasonably low price.

The average rate for off-street parking is around $5.50/hour and $16.00/ 24 hours. The average cost of a monthly permit is approximately $80.00.

If you prefer to travel by bike, then you’ll be happy to know that San Antonio is a very bicycle-friendly city, so there’s plenty of parking for them as well. You can check out the city’s map to find locations where you can park you bike.

If you’re looking for a specific destination or area, e.g., the San Antonio Convention Center or the San Antonio Riverwalk, you can check out our parking maps to obtain information on prices, working hours and other relevant details for your chosen location.
