You must be a New Canaan resident to purchase a Commuter (annual) Parking Permit. Cars not having a valid Parking Permit may not park in any Permit Space in any Town Commuter Parking Lot, Monday to Friday, until 1:15pm. Permit spaces may be used, free, by anyone after 1:15pm Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends and holidays.
No overnight parking.
