Off-street parking in Virginia Beach starts at $5 per hour and goes up to $15 per day. The average monthly rate is $75.
On-street parking at the oceanfront is enforced 7 days a week, 24 hours a day from April 1 through October 31. You have to pay $1.50 per hour and you can stay for a maximum of 3 hours.
