I fell twice in this parking lot I hurt my wrist, knee, and elbow. I told the attendant and he didn’t enquire to find out where. He told me to “pick up my feet”. Wow!!
This automated service replaces the manned booth that was there before (Kilborn Medical Centre, Ottawa). Problem is you have to pay in advance, rather than what you have used. Plus, the sign says $3 for 30 minutes, I put in $5 and got only 30 minutes. This is a very stressful way of paying parking especially in a medical building where you never know how long you will be. Be fair, not greedy! Change to a pay on departure system.
On-street parking is prohibited in excess of three (3) hours between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., seven days a week unless otherwise posted. Parking is prohibited within 300 metres of previous parking space within one (1) hour.
It is prohibited to park a vehicle on a highway or road between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. from November 15 to April 1. However, if you have an on-street parking permit, your vehicle is exempt from winter overnight parking restrictions.
