I've been parking here since Covid 19 and parking above level 5. I got to level 10 today and I got in just at 931am so i'll see what I get charged. It's bound to be either 16.00 or $80 because of damn traffic on the Monash this morning taking me 2.15hours to drive in.

Please proceed with caution. Mistakenly parked on wrong level and charged $82 instead of $16. Management unwilling to discuss despite carpark level being almost completely empty and no proper signage warning of price difference. Plenty of better parking options in the area.

The phone number on the website doesn’t work Remember to park in level 5 or above to pay e$16 not e$82 for parking. They’ve removed the signs on each level as you drive up to tell you/remind you that early bird is different to casual and that for early bird $16 to apply you need to proceed up to level 5 or above. They used to have a dog. On each level but don’t now do it’s easy to mistakenly park on a lower level all of which are very vacant these days and be stung. It’s impossible to get in touch with management or get a return call when you do. It could also be much, much cleaner.

The time stamp on the entry ticket machine can be out by several minutes, meaning you pay full day rates even if you arrive a minute or two after 4pm. And NO-ONE answers either of the phone numbers given.

Cheap but the entrance is very narrow and you need to be careful of your mirrors

Would be great to have a price list for 'evening rate - And someone to answer the phone...

Very handy for higher vehicles such as 4wd and vans
