This parking garage seemed that a great option to use for the ballgame. However, it was the WORST parking experience I ever had. I prepaid for 7 hours, but when I tried to leave it took over 40 minutes to get out and they charged me another $12 even though I had 30 minutes left when I got to my car. When I asked the attendant why I was being charged more she told me it wasn't her concern and I could take it up with her manager. I explained that I had to wait in line so long to leave (I was only parked 1 level from the exit) that the time had e predicted. She told me I had no choice. When I got out my credit card, after she had already handled my phone to use the QR code, she refused to take my credit card and screamed to all the other drivers "she is refusing to pay." I told her I was giving her my credit card to pay and she then told me she would do nothing for me. When I tried to get out of my car to pay she called me racist slurs (she was black, I am Arab) and tried to block me from paying. Racist staff!!!

Garage is ran down and poorly lit. Wood has been covering one of the glass doors facing Baltimore St. for months. The other ADA accessible elevator has been down for a month also. The entry doors tend to error out so you can't get back in and have to go to another door. Lastly, it's not cheap. Consider parking on Charles St.

I was totally shocked when I parked for one hour and 46 minutes on a Friday morning from 8:08 till 9:54 am and was charged $29.00. Never in my life had I expected to pay that for such little time and not even for an event. There should be a law but considering the court house is right across the street, I guess it is legal.

Poorly lighted and confusingly-signed over-priced garage. A woman parking alone is well-advised to park elsewhere.

Parking in Baltimore

Baltimore is one of the most historically important cities in the United States. It’s a major scientific, technological and medical center. It’s also the birthplace of the “Star-Spangled Banner” – the United States’ national anthem. There are a lot of interesting places to visit in Baltimore…. but what about finding parking there? Here are some tips that can help you out.

Single-space and multi-space meters are enforced 8AM-6PM, Mon-Sat. Meters charge $2 per hour. Coins and credit cards are accepted as payment.

There are also a lot of off-street lots and garages in downtown Baltimore whose rates are $5-$7 per hour and around $20 per 24 hours.

Monthly parking can be quite costly in downtown, ranging from $100 to $200.

In case you need to charge your electric vehicle, Baltimore has a number of EV charging stations. You can use our maps to find a parking space with a charger such as the Arena Garage or the Penn Station Garage.

Our parking maps can also help you find parking at all the major attractions in Baltimore, including the Baltimore Aquarium (The Lockwood Place Garage), the Baltimore Convention Center (the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel) or Baltimore Inner Harbor.
