pI am a handicapped person. We park on the lower level of this garage in order to leave by the exit to our way home. We can't park on the ground level as that exit doesn't go in the direction we need. There are two elevators but one has been broken for more than a year and the second one is now broken as well. Yet the fee to park continues to rise. For a fee of $49 per vehicle there should be more than enough money to keep both elevators in working order. This company should be ashamed of itself!!!

Parking is okay. But $47 to park for 3 hrs. Is gouging the public. I can get tickets for the 200 level for less than that. Why do they charge so much? Because they can!

I find it very sad that on the lower level handicappped section they park car of people who are not handicapped. I was told they are reserved and you must pay the attendent cash to park in that area. You do not have to be disabled. Just give them cash. I watch them turn away somebody with the proper tags to put a non-handicapped person in. Out of 10 cars in that section 5 did not have the handicapped tags. How sad. Terrible company.

Staff at garage informed me to show my QR code while leaving as parking was pre paid. This information was incorrect and resulted in me being charged again, the second time for yet more money. In the future ensuring staff are on the same page is a much better method than blaming consumers for your own misinformation. Easily avoidable via a minimal level of competence which was unfortunately not met.

When you pay $42 for a yankee game and its post poned, they should at least offer a credit voucher for the make up game on August 13!!!
