Poor Service and Terrible valet parking staff If you are going to the George Bush Intercontinental Airport terminal C, think twice about using the valet service. Think aby self parking. I am very upset with the valet service . When I went to get my car after arriving from my trip they told me that my battery was died and was because they forgot to turn off the lights. The crews at the valet parking were quite arrogant and terribly rude . We wait for one of the crews to assist us but they were sitting and talking . But after a long wait, nobody was there to help us. Some of the crews saw us but refused to help us, so we wait for about 30 mins, with no explanation, no apology. Only after we told the crews that we have been waiting for a very long time then one of them reluctantly help us. At the end the manager arrived because we requested to talk with him and we explained the situation and suggested to educate and teach the valet parking personnel how they need to treat a customer. Parking at George Bush Intercontinental - Houston Airport

The airport has over 25,000 parking spaces and parking rates that are among the lowest anywhere in the country. In 2001, additional 5,600 spaces were added with the new Terminal A/B Garage situated between terminals A and B. In 2005, with the addition of Terminal E a new garage with 2,500 more spaces was added. Terminal C covered parking is also available. All vehicles entering the A/B and Terminal C garages will be searched by security personnel.

The Houston Airport System also operates Parking Cents, the city's economy lot, which provides parking at the corner of Greens Road and John F. Kennedy Blvd., with free shuttle service to the terminals. In addition to the Parking Cents lot, there are also a number of Off-Airport parking facilities with courtesy shuttles that travelers can choose from.

Passenger Pick Up

At the Passenger Pick Up Waiting Lot, located off of Will Clayton Parkway, you can wait - free - under the supervision of a security officer until your arriving party  have picked up their checked bags.

Oversized vehicle parking

The Parking Cents Lot can accommodate oversized vehicles such as campers, large trucks, etc. The entrance for these vehicles is at the north gate located off JFK Boulevard's feeder road.
