Helpful staff and great price for being so close to ⛱️

Aug 13, 2015

I was only supposed to pay $15, but ended up having to pay $20 due to the machine eating my $5 bill. What I assumed to be the manager came and was very rude. He insisted this sort of thing has never happened before and claimed that I was lying about it. I will never come back here again due to his attitude and recommend anyone who unfortunately ends up having to park in this garage avoid using cash with the machines.

This garage is very busy. It is located just off the beach. There are plenty of shops around as well

Parking in Miami

Downtown Miami is home to many national and international companies, let alone tourists, so parking can really be an issue.

Parking in Miami can be not only hard to find, but also expensive. The average hourly rate in downtown Miami is $7.00. To park for 24 hours at a lot or garage, you will have to pay between $28.00 and $30.00.

Monthly parking, however, is not too expensive with an average cost of around $110 per month.

On-street parking is managed by Miami Parking Authority. There are over 9,000 on-street spots in Miami whose rates vary between $0.75 to $1.50 per hour. Most of the coin-based meters are already replaced by meters that accept coins, credit and debit cards and, in some locations, dollar bills. You also have an option to pay for parking using the Pay-by-Phone app.

You can also find more detailed parking maps for the following locations: Port of Miami, Sun Life Stadium, Miami International Airport.

All the information regarding paying or appealing a parking ticket can be found by contacting the Parking Violations Bureau.
