We too received a bill for $85 after paying with a credit card (with evidence) through the parking app inside the garage. Very dishonest practice as a business owner, this is unacceptable and there are numerous other complaints about parking at the marina! Don't do it!

I had the same experience as the other reviewers here. This is a scam. I will not pay the $90 parking charge ever!!! Even if they take it to collections. This is a scare tactic to get some people to pay. Do not pay it and fight it with the collection company or the credit agency if they place the collection on your credit report.

DO NOT PARK HERE. They have partnered with the fraudulent enforcement company Professional Parking Management who will CHARGE you regardless if you paid. I paid the attendant on-site in cash for both days in which my vehicle was parked here. There was no notice by the attendant that I must pay via the app or via the meter. My vehicle was a Sixt car rental. Sixt was billed by the scam company Professional Parking Management for the two days I parked here as they stated they had no record of me paying in their systems (the mobile app or the meter). This is a blatant racket being run. Don't enrich these criminal's pockets.

these people are scammers. I have parked there and paid in cash and they still sent me a bill for $85. please be aware. they valley guy they have in place said they do not take a card so I paid in cash making hard for you to prove that you paid the parking since no one literally keep parking spot ticket.

I paid $10 for parking, placed the ticket in the dashboard and I got a parking charge notice for $85. Dishonest people won't even listen to complaints.
