AWFUL parking garage! There is no attendant there, they hold you hostage until you pay... which they WAY OVERCHARGE you. They advertise reasonable rates, but I had to pay $31 to park there for less than 2 hours. Total rip off!

Evil!! Got charged $50 when the evening rate was supposed to be $12. Going to dispute with my bank since no one here will call me back.

Last weekend I had parked in this garage. 3 1/2hours cost me $12, which seemed about right since the sign out front showed $3. 3 1/2hour=$12. Great! Came to this garage last night with the same amount of time as last weekend and was charged $50! WHAT?! And after not printing my receipt, had to call assistance and the lady argues with me about entering building, though I had paid for the insane amount of $50…she finally buzzed me in after arguing for 10 mins. The receipt would not print! Am I to just deal with it?! Anyway, this place is a scam!

Entrance sign said $3. Parked 11:45am to 1:30pm. Charged $27. Extortion! Truth in advertising? Don't be fooled!!

We paid online using parkwhiz and we couldn't get back into the garage without double paying (another $96). We were supposed to be able to park for up to 12 hours at the rate we paid.

This garage also charged me $96 after 2.2hours of parking for a lost ticket. Honking cars behind me, forced me to pay the toll. This place is horrible and should not be in Business!

First day in the City of Denver and lost my ticket after parking there for 49 minutes. They charged $96 to let me out when it should have been near $12.........not fair and am complaining

Do not park here! Sign lures you in $3 parking finally only found on this website is for 15 mins. Was down here for lunch just over 2 hours and was charged $26 bucks! Major scam post your rates and stop ripping people off!!!

Got charged $18 for 30 minutes midday Friday. Total ripoff.

Lots of parking however no way to get back in after midnight to get back to car. The scanner wouldn't scan our code after trying more than 10 times. No security on duty to let us in. DO NOT PARK HERE. This is a valid review.

Don't ever park here! Got locked out of the garage at 3 pm on a Sunday . No attendant, no answer when we called the assistance. Had to pay another $15 to get back with a taxi to get our car

Ended up paying $39.00 for 2.5 hours. Came in at 4:00pm and left at 6:30pm so payed both day and evening flat fees. Have parked at other downtown garages at the same time for much less. Avoid Douglas Parking!

Parked during evening for 1.5hrs. Paid the $15 flat evening rate at the kiosk in order to unlock the door to get in the building. Chatted with a buddy of mine for a bit when we got to our cars and missed the 15min grace period to leave the building by a couple of minutes and had to pay another $15 flat rate. Management was unwilling to budge on that ridiculous rule, won't park there ever again. $30 for 1.5hrs is unreasonable.

Please take note that this garage is by far the most overpriced lot in Denver. I parked there for 1.75 hours and was charged $36. The rules are very unclear about when they charge the $3 / 15 minute rate vs. the $24 full day / $15 full evening rates. Literally any other lot around town will save you at least 50% off this cost for the price of walking an extra block.

I parked here tonight for 3 hours to attend a meetup event nearby. I didn't pay attention to the rates, and was shocked at the cost. For the 3 hours, it was $24. When I got to my car the window had been shattered and my belongings inside stolen. The location was very convenient to my event, but I paid dearly for it.
