I parked and paid here on Aug 21st . Just received a violation saying I paid after grace period $92. I was there for 1 hr 24 min. I have a receipt for the payment. Email a dispute then sat on hold for 97 min before I gave up. Total Scam!

Ex-employee here. I worked there less than 6 months, but from what I could tell corporate cares more about surface appearances rather than a truly good quality place to park your car. Personally, I could handle a few fast food bags scattered about if I still knew my car was in a safe garage. That isn't the case here. They had us constantly cleaning up trash rather than sitting in the office and watching the cameras. More than once this resulted in me not discovering break-ins until after the fact because it happened on a different floor than the one I was on. This issue could be easily solved if they bothered to hire a second employee for each shift-- one to watch the cameras and the other to walk around the building-- but that didn't seem to be a priority. The only time I had backup was when the mobile security came by once an hour or so, and when there was a huge event. Any other time, I was alone. Bad place to work. Bad place to park. would not recommend.

Beware that floor 1 and 2 are valet parking for the hotel only. You cannot park on those floors. You can only park on 3 and above

I would avoid this garage if you cannot walk up a lot of stairs because the elevators are rarely working especially on the weekends. Park at the MLGW garage instead

Prepaid $10 with ParkWhiz. Came back to car tried to exit and wouldn't let me. Have to pay another $10 to get out!

I was charged $20 when leaving after paying $18 for a parking pass. It’s a rip off

I would avoid this garage. While parked there my car along with several other cars along the row were vandalized. Someone keyed numerous cars by carving big lines and circles into the trunks and hoods. Significant damage to the point where numerous vehicles would need to be repainted to be repaired. My biggest frustration is when I contacted the garage's management to inform them they didn't even bother to return my call. There appeared to be no security cameras or security personnel present and with the lack of a return call by management I can only assume they have no interest in providing a safe environment for you to leave your vehicle. There are several other garages in the area so I would choose a different one.
