Parking SCAM! They leave the security arm up so you assume you don't need to pay and then hit you with a $70 violation. If you are in a rental car this is a big issue.

Signs on all the spaces say payment will be automatic and charged to card number your provide on the app. I got a $100 ticket for not paying at the exit booth even though the gate was up.

Registered for their website. Scanned the sign in PFChangs. Message said I had comp parking credit from initial sign up so validation not required. Three weeks later I get a bill for $4 and a $70 dollar fine. Worthless system doesn’t work and now a “fine”. I don’t think so.

We were not aware it was not overnight parking bc there was ONE SMALL sign and that was it???? My car got towed and it cost me $300. Their signage for that should be better

Now need to register with a website to pay. Too much hassle for a short visit.

Easy in-out access and great location for sports games

The price and location were great. The rest was awful. We went to Dan and Shay concert and could not get out of the garage. It should have been prepaid. No one would come and help. It took several tries to pay.
