8th & Walnut Deck

Worst parking deck. They state some hours on certain days are free but they still try to charge you. It seems they pick and choose when to charge you whenever is convenient for them. I will be contacting the parking authority to file a complaint and train their staff or fix the issue.

Charges me for hours supposed to be free

I am not sure what the deal with this deck is. The hours listed clearly state they have certain hours that the deck is free yet they ALWAYS still try to charge you. It clearly states the hours that parking is free yet no matter the day and time they will still try to charge you. There have been SEVERAL times I have parked here on a normal Saturday (no events) between the hours of 8a-10p and they still want to charge or tell me it’s not free yet proceed to open the gate (they know they’re wrong) Speak up because they assume since some people don’t know they’ll just pay it.
