PARK ANYWHERE ELSE. I have been parking and paying in this garage for 2 years and 5 months. I forgot my wallet for the first time and there IS NO SOLUTION to get out of the garage. I went to the parking security office and they told me there was nothing to do and I could Uber home I get my wallet for $4. The fact I’ve paid over $1,200 in this parking garage and they couldn’t help me out or be kind humans is absolutely ridiculous.

Although I have validated correctly every time I went to a movie, the parking situation is so confusing and awkward that I now go to dinner and a movie at Desert Ridge. At AMC Desert Ridge there is ample free parking everywhere and no endless stairs or elevators that may or may not come. Ther is also no concern about what happens if you stay over 4 hours.

I just had the most unbelievable and threatening interaction with a security guard at this parking garage. I went to see a movie and, unfortunately, missed the turn to go up to the second level and got stuck in the electric car charging area. As I was turning around, the security guards pulled up on a golf cart. I rolled down my window and asked the man if I was supposed to exit the garage and come back in since I missed the ramp to go up to the second level. His response immediately shocked me. He said, ‘Yeahhhhhhh.’, so sarcastically and so rudely, like I was an idiot for not knowing. I shot back, ‘How am I supposed to know that?’ and pulled away. As I drove away, I could hear him SCREAMING at me about reading the signs and he actually followed me to the exit, all the while yelling at me. I skipped the movie because of how threatened I felt and will be contacting his boss. Unacceptable behavior!

On what was otherwise a perfect anniversary dinner and movie night, ACE parking almost completely ruined the night. After seeing a great movie my wife and I were exiting the theatre garage at AMC Esplanade only to realize we had misplaced the parking ticket. We rang the intercom, to no avail while cars backed up behind us. After some polite cars behind us moved we went back up to the movie theatre to get a validated ticket. They gave us the number to ACE and one of their employees said we would have to buy a day pass for $12 to exit the parking lot! We literally just went to see a movie and had the receipt for that, yet ACE would rather hold you hostage in their parking garage than do the right thing and help a customer. Absolutely terrible customer service and company.

Easy validation, very hard to miss the sign saying "Please validate before leaving" on the way in. 10/10 would park again.

10.00 to park on weekend to see a movie with my kids? Because I forgot to validate? I would have gone back in. But I couldn't back up. I will never ever go back!
