Visited the location to attend a function at the tampa club. Never been to the location this was on a saturday night and the parking gate was up I was unaware i needed to stop for a ticket as it said parking was complimentry for the club as long as you park on the 6th floor. I attended my event and left when i approached the exit gate it would not open. I contacted the assistant and was told i needed to pay the lost ticket fee dispite explaining the situation. The employee was unprofessional lying stating he was remote and could not open the gate (lets design a remote model and not have a option to open the gate) instead telling me i needed to pay for a lost ticket of 30$ for 2 hours on a weekend when parking is to be complimentry. I lost my cool and cursed him out, and then when i went to pay the tool bag said "I am not going to let you pay I am cancelling the transaction and locking the gate." Unprofessional. This is a matter of principal now and i take necessary actions.

Terrible garage! Narrow and winding. I avoid at all costs.

The old lady there during the day is very mean and their prices are outrageous. I miss the guy that used to work evenings.

Women who work here are very rude and bitter, make you feel very unwelcome. Would not recommend paying 20$ to park for four hours and receive terrible hospitality.
