I have a monthly pass. The gate wouldn’t open for my pass, even though it was paid for, it’s on auto pay and I can see it deducted. I went in through the exit instead (the exit for some reason had no gate on it) as I had a time sensitive work issue to get to and needed to park my car, and the people here put a warning on my car and said it will be towed. It’s not my fault your gates break all the time. How hard is it to just take a snapshot of the license plate and check if it’s in your database as a pass holder? This situation is so stupid I’d write the code to fix it myself. Or probably even simpler, just keep your gates working? This is on the parking garage between mechanic street and spring street

Irritable security guard told us to leave. There was no indicatuin that we were on private property. We were treated like criminals

Skate boarders inside garage into 1-2am 3-4x’s per week, very noisy, potential risk of damage to cars parked inside. Brady security does nothing about it.
