SCAM!!! The sign clearly stated $30.00 for 4+ hours at entrance. Charged us $66.00 at exit for 5 hours. The attendant was useless. When he called the supervisor upon our request, the supervisor wouldn't listen and talked over us. In the end, we got out without paying because the venue gave us a voucher! Shame on Providence for allowing this shady company UPP to operate in this city!

They closed before the end of an event in the Convention Center and locked my car in overnight. Then charged me double the price to get it out.

I have a handicap parking g tag. When I arrive for PC basketball games all the handicap spots are taken. When I check the license plates and windshields I do not see any proof showing. You need to improve the system and add more parking for the handicap
