I had an issue in emergency, pressed the information button and they opened the gate. People don’t know that you can get a ticket from the nurses station for free parking if you’re in the emergency room. Should be better advertised but they made it right.

I was under an hour, deposited my ticket in the machine inside and it charged me $8.00. No one around to complain to.

Exit would not take my ticket, I left at 3:45 gate would not open 15 cars behind me, gate would still not open, and in the building no signs or they are covered by doors, got to walk a mile for rest rooms, bad set up

I checked my ticket right before I left the building and it said it was No Charge since it was under an hour. By the time I made it to the gate, it charged me $5!!! It was still under an hour. No attendant present to dispute the charges. Way to steal money from patients, Cleveland Clinic!

You people are monsters... My family could not come visit me while in the hospital because you freaking CHARGE THEM to park!! This is evil and I'm going to contact my coucilman
