I’ve been bring my wheelchair bound daughter to CCF main campus for over 10 years. The valet has become frightening! The people are rude, confrontational & terribly disrespectful. We have a rear entry vehicle and I tell them I need extra room behind in order to get my daughters wheelchair out but they continually make other people pull right up behind me & yell at me when I tell them this won’t work! So unfortunate for people like us that need the help. What has happened to patient care & common courtesy!

Happy to Pay Valet at Taussing Cancer Center( Cleveland Clinic/ Main Campus) for the last 8 Weeks, During Long Day Visits With My Father, Receiving Cancer Treatments.Unfortunately, I’ve Had Several Horrific, Rude, Hostile Experiences with the Lead Valet Captain( A Nasty Example of Professionalism, and Thug Mentality) That Im Certain Goes on Regularly. This Current Lead Valet Captain is Constantly on His Phone, and MisTreats Daily Patients, and Others Like It’s His Side Hustle, And a He’s the Drug Czar, Ridiculous Behavior for a Representative of a Supposed World Class Facility. His Street Bullying Tactics,Overly Hostile Approach, and Zero Regard for Accountability is Disturbing, Along With Cleveland Clinic Police( All in Cahoots) to Not Service the People Being Forced to Attend The Taussig Center For Care. Baffled That The Administration of Cleveland Clinic Would Continue to Allow This Individual and Others Like Him, To Be On The Front Lines of Visitation. Shame On All of Them. Mostly the Administrators.

I guess if your okay with them smelling of pot and driving your car like its a race car. We were coming very often over the last month so valet was too costly. But that doesnt mean I do not encounter the Valet in the parking garage. Their blue jackets stand out. Its a shame that they represent the clinic in anyway. Not all are bad but those that are just taint the whole staff. I also hear the same complaints from numerous nurses that ride the elevators with valet that smell of pot! We were told many are inconsiderate to the staff that park in that garage. Is no one able to correct this bad behavior?

I just had a kidney transplant operation, my experience twice a week for follow up visits, the Valets have been excellent. Very courteous and responsive. It seems as though only those with negative experiences comment. I understand your experiences that you had, but those that had good or very good experiences need to also comment. I have consistently seen a good group of Valets working as a team dealing with dozens of cars showing up at the same time and coordinating a very chaotic situation. The 2 guys doing the initial coordination are excellent and very courteous!

The valet parking is horrible! Like NEVER again! They ramble thru your things turn your radio station to what they wanna here for the SHORT time that they’re in your vehicle! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Even the surgery check in person (the one with the blonde dread locks& glasses) JUST NASTY AND RUDE!! I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO GO BACK..EVER!

We have been going here and Hillcrest dealing with my cancer diagnosis and the valet at Main Campus is horrible. There are a group of employees just hanging around and just one or two actually getting cars. Not polite or motivated. I know it's not as busy at Hillcrest but they have their act together.

People are RUDE and awful to deal with! We have enough to worry about with what our loved ones are going through. We don’t need to be yelled at and treated like we are being a nuisance just because we have to drop off and pick up those we are caring for. What happened to treating people with kindness???? DO BETTER!!!!

Valet service OK, but the cashiers for the valet service are absolutely NOT friendly..AT ALL. People using their service are experiencing some of the most stressful events in their lives, and do NOT need to be treated as a burden and less-than-human by these people.

My teenage son being treated for cancer, last thing you want to worry about is your vehicle. I have a brand new 2019 ram 1500, 4 months old. My son was released late so it was dark out, look at my truck the next morning and a scratch on the driver side door edge, down to the metal. And a quarter size dent and scratch on the passenger side 1/3 way up from the bottom of the door. If you have a nice car do not use valet.

I live 3 1/2 hours from the clinic. Because of this the doctor had me stay late for an additional procedure. I have been waiting 45 minutes for my car and there’s no signs of it yet. Finally, a supervisor said they had missed placed my car but believe they have now located it and it would just be a while longer. I cannot believe this. I will never use the valet service here again

I've literally been waiting for my car for over an hour. This is not an exaggeration! AN HOUR and still waiting! Save the time and just use the garage.

Parking In Cleveland

Cleveland is one of the largest cities in Ohio and the home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Finding parking here isn’t always the easiest task, but Parkopedia is here to help! Here are a few tips for finding parking in Cleveland.

On-street meters are enforced 8AM-6PM, Mon-Fri. The cost for parking is 0.50$/1 hour. Single-space meters accept coins, while multi-space meters, which are located on West 6th St., accept coins and debit/credit cards. The city also has handicap meters, but you need to present your disabled placard to be able to park at them.

Off-street parking rates are around $5.50/1 hour and $17/24 hours. Monthly parking is set at an average rate of $105.

You can use our maps to find out everything you need about a specific location. All you have to do is click on the chosen marker (e.g., St. Vincent Charity Medical Center or the Burke Lakefront Airport) and you will be provided with all the relevant parking information for that place.

Should you have any questions about paying a parking ticket, be sure to visit the Cleveland's municipal court's official website.
