Rip off! They claim $18 max and I was charged $29 because the price ends at midnight and starts up again. Does that make sense for a hotel overnight stay? It should be 24 h from the time you enter the garage. That is the usual for every other garage I have used! I am so pissed off!

Your attendants are scammers! Counting out $1.00 bills as change for a 20, and shorted me $2.00 knowing that I wouldn't sit and take the time to check behind her OR go back and and make it right! The word will go out that you are cheating your parking customers!
