DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston by the Galleria

They expect you to be a paying guest there, and pay to park at a faculty you’re staying at. On top of that, the rooms and housekeeping is awful. No change of trash, no towels unless demanded, we had no cold water!!!! None! Both sides ran extremely hot water. Remote control was reported broken several times with resolution. I’m a frequent traveler but will not be revisiting double tree galleria.
