Yes garage is centrally located downtown. But they change their rates randomly. Even today the early bird special is posted online but not at the location. Please be aware of the location pricing and not the online pricing due to events and government functions because it's the cheapest and closest garage to the capital

I parked around 2:30pm and left at 4:45pm. I was charged $30. Parking was good but I feel I was lied to on the price.

The reviewer above didn't read the early bird sign carefully. The early bird deal applies (1) if you enter before 9am AND also (2) if you leave between 3pm and 6pm. I paid the early bird rate of $8 by arriving at 8:30am and leaving at 4:00pm--following BOTH rules. Garage is tight space-wise but centrally located and affordable.

This garage had a sign outside saying "early bird special- in before 9am, out before 3pm, $8." This is a lie. We were charged full price even though we parked at 8:43am and left at 1:46pm. These people are cheats
