Charging $15 event fee on Fathers Day is nothing short of price gouging when families simply want to have a meal out. Two cars $30 = equal a third of what a set of grandparents, 2 children and mom and dad. Ridiculous. Last time we come to the Short North to celebrate a holiday!

Do NOT lose your ticket. The fee for a lost parking garage ticket is 6 TIMES the daily rate. This is the dumbest fee I have ever seen! Do they think someone left their car there for 6 days without someone noticing? This is outrageous! My son went to a one day convention and not having been driving for long does not know all the little things about parking garages etc. He lost his ticket and they charged him $60 to get out. Are you kidding me! I will NEVER park in that garage again!

If i could select negative stars I would. Hold your ticket close to your heart and dont lose it otherwise you will have to pay 6x the daily max rate for this garage. Management was not helpful about it, all they said wasn't if you find the tickets and send it in with the receipt that you paid for a lost ticket they would refund your money. Like I am gonna find a lost ticket. Then they said it's on the sign by the ticket machine. It would be helpful if their employees were not standing in front of the sign when you pull in. Also it would be helpful I find the sign had bigger letters instead of micro print.

Security staff is very rude and doesn't give off a friendly impression. Smile more it would help and get rid of the attitude body language!

Sign postings for prices can sometimes be misleading or lie outright. When asked questions about parking the attendant was mean and hostile. Some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I would avoid this lot if at all possible.
