I had an Appointment in Hartford Hospital a Month ago and I was done in less than a hour. I was anxious about my appointment and missed placed my parking ticket, I tried to explain to the Valet guy and he wouldn’t listen and super rude charged me $9.00 because I did not have ticket in hand.no customer service what so ever and no concern for patient disterss.

If I could give it a negative number I would. Brand new battery dead after 8 hours with them. Air bag and onstar errors after they jump start it? BUT they claim it's my mechanical issue!

Deserves zero stars. They have no urgency and took over 25 minutes to get our car. Valet is to make is easier, not harder. The hospital should be ashamed for allowing this service in their premise.

0 is what I would give this valet service. I had to wait 50 minutes for my car while my husband sat on the bench outside the hospital vomiting from a procedure that he has had. I kept asking the attendant to retrieve my car and he kept saying it would be coming shortly. No one seemed to care about how I’ll my husband was. The hospital needs to get rid of this service and hire one that is more customer oriented.

I have used valet services now numerous times and whenever I ask about length of time I am told it is a busy day. Today my ticket read 12:44 when I checked out. After 20 minutes I did ask and it was called for again or possibly for the first time? Unfortunately in the meantime there was a fire alarm so the front entrance was closed for fire trucks. Completely understandable, but that meant when my car finally did arrive at 1:20 I had to walk to it outside the entrance in the pouring rain.

Let me just say that today they were extremely busy, really busy. The supervisor apologized to everyone outside who was waited. Yes. We had to wait. Yes. It was hot. Yes . It required patience and a lot of it. But….. they were ALL working as fast and furious as they could today ! With the exception of someone who was yelling and screaming about waiting , it went well despite the wait . Have patience everyone . Life is short , kindness wins .

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to choose something. It really deserves 0 stars! After frequenting several local hospitals in the area with serious illnesses I can honestly say that this valet service at hartford Hospital is the worst! The valet attendants are rude, the girl at the desk certainly does not make you feel like she knows what she’s doing. I waited 30 minutes for my car while everyone before and after me got there’s. All I can say is if you can use the self park you are better off!

As a frequenter of the valet service as my mother had a two month stay in back January and now I’m into my first month out of three that my daughter will be in the nicu I am Honestly disgusted by the attitudes and general lack of respect and dignity that many of the employees here at the Hartford hospital valet have. It is almost as if they were trained to ensure that you feel uncomfortable upon arrival and departure of your visit. Zero compassion, empathy non existent attitude and a bitter distain for their job that’s a guarantee. I will say the very fit man with the sunglasses whom presents to be in charge as he Carrie’s himself very well. Is overtly pleasant. Has been both extended stays.

I had no problems when visiting a family member daily who was in ICU. The Gentlemen, Supreme, seemed to be in charge and orderly. He knew to keep cars moving. He showed exceptional customer service. Give them credit since they all work hard. Supreme was an Angel for our family.

I would give it 0 stars if it were an option!!! I waited 30 minutes last night at 10pm for my car when i left the ER. There were plenty of workers walking around, horsing around. The guy in charge, was flirting with the girls, talking about other employees. I kept asking him about my car, he said yup it's coming I just called for it. 30 minutes later, he went and got the car himself, which was parked in the handicapped lot right in front!! He lost my keys, showed me a bunch of keys from his pocket and asked me to pick out my keys!!! Totally disgusted!! Will NEVER use the valet again.

Its,not even worth the one star I gave it! Got in my car tonight, missing change from my console and a gift card! Also, my radio was blasting on a station I certainly wouldn't listen to, and my air conditioner was on full blast! Never will I use this service again!

I used valet parking today take my mother to emergency room.. When I went to retrieve, I seen customer drop her car off and the guy went down the street and picked up some walking. My car was also driven around town. My gas was a little over 1/2 tank and when retrieved my car it was under a 1/4. Another customer said he dropped off his car at this location and he waited 1 1/2 hours to receive his car. The worker took his car to lunch!!!!! I will never never use this service no more. The hospital needs to know what's happening to their patients car while receiving care. Don't drop you car off here!!!!
