Full of motorcycles racing around and around to the top level , I do work for the state and we have to dodge the skate boarders and the motorcycle racing I sometimes like to take my lunch in the car just to get out of the office and if you sit in the parking garage you better be prepared for the migraine of your life due to the noise of the motorcycle racing I’m surprised there’s no posted laws or anything but I guess it’s a free-for-all , even though the police hub is literally next door! And last but not least I must agree with the last review there is little to NO PARKING avail m-f 8-5 your literally battling other employees to get a space and no do not ever get in one of these elevators unless you enjoy standing in a filthy public bathroom it’s filled with urine or feces it’s not safe nor healthy some days I am forced to park illegally in the two hour zones and risk the 50 -100 dollar ticket it’s better than losing my job parking is absolutely asinine in the down town area!

It's not true that there's plenty of free parking at the car park on Olive and Campbell. Many of the spots are reserved for those who live in the Heers Building, and on a weekday, most other available spaces are taken by employees of the State. It's even difficult for those employees to find parking spaces unless they arrive well before they're due to start work. Any spaces available between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. are on the upper levels so that you either have to walk down the stairs to ground level, or take the elevator, which in the past has been used as a restroom by vagrants, transients, and/or homeless people. Anyone who can't take the stairs due to physical problems can't take the elevator either because of the stench. I had to stop using the garage for a time, because I couldn't do the stairs and couldn't take the stench of the elevator.
