If I could give this 0 stars I would. They sent me a fine 2 months after the fact for $70 for parking two minutes over the 15 min minimum. The spots are also very small. Ridiculous

This place is a scam. The phone app you are required to use adds a service charge. Unbelievable. This will make me much less likely to come to this location in the future.

We were used to park there all the time before we moved away about 6 years ago,was never over 5 dollars charge for about 3hours parking,This time charged us almost 15 dollars for less than 2 hours parking including almost 40% tax and 99 cents service fee,never heard of tax over parking!!don't ever use that garage!!!it's a scam!!

Was billed $14.74 for 1hr 15min total RIPOFF especially when it states $10 for all day !! Scam !!!

You better be a whiz on your iPhone or have a lot of free time if you plan parking here. Uses a QR scanning system that took me 15-20 minutes to register and verify my credit card to park there. Was very convent with the kiosk before. I can’t imagine who would prefer this payment method. Very, very frustrating. Will never return.
