Worse garage around, don't park here. The machine wouldn't except my ticket and I called the company and still couldn't get it to work. So they texted me a bill for $22 instead of the rate I should've had for being in the garage for 15mins. Also early bird rate doesn't exist so don't try. Stay away, save yourself a headache.

When we went in, the arm was up. We pushed the button three times for a ticket, but the AI simply thanked us and told us to go in, so we did. After shopping at Sprouts, they couldn't validate because we had no ticket. The gate was down, and after "going to the booth," as Sprout employees suggested, they said to push the assistant button. After explaining 10 times, over 15 minutes, we were forced to pay $12 to get out. I'm a fighter. I called the garage's business and left messages on their "customer service" answering machine. When a guy called back, he told me "all I had to do was send my shopping receipt and my credit card statement to their address." i.e., I was supposed to go to my bank to get the statement. He said it was a large corporation and that's the only way they do things. I'm a "small person" and never going back to Sprouts or Target is the only way I do business. Maybe if they catch on, they might get through to that crappy, useless, cheating business.

Assistance call button was no help. Call button staff was rude and unresponsive. On site staff (woman) was also very rude.

Machine ate my ticket and the gate did not open. The button to push for assistance did not help. They hung up on my multiple times and did not let me out until 15 minutes later.

Shopping at sprouts, lost my ticket. They wouldn’t accept my store receipt as proof, charged me $22. Never shopping here again.

Parking In Philadelphia

Philadelphia is a large, densely populated city, as well as a historical and cultural landmark, attracting large amounts of tourists every year. As such, finding parking in Philadelphia can sometimes be tough. Here you will find several useful tips to help you out.

On-street metered parking costs $2/hour. Philadelphia meters accept coins and SmartCards as payment. The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) has been installing meter kiosks throughout the city. These kiosks accept coins, bills, credit cards and SmartCards. However, if you’re planning on parking for the whole day, we recommend that you park in a garage, since this would probably be a cheaper option.

Off-street parking rates can range from $10-20/hour and from $20-$50/24 hours, though there are also locations with lower or higher rates.

Our detailed maps help you find parking around some of the most popular parking locations, including:

The Convention Center;

PreFlight Airport Parking;

The Philadelphia Museum of Art.

For airport parking motorists are able to park in a special economy lot for a mere $11 per 24 hours.

Be sure to visit the PPA website for any questions about paying a parking ticket or disputing a violation.
