DO NOT use this garage. Agent 1022 with Boot Man, Inc. is operating a scam!!! Car got booted for alleged in/out activity. This is 110% untrue and I have time stamped receipts from various venues to prove my activity. However, Agent 1022 would not even look at the receipts. I did not move my vehicle and asked for video coverage of the garage to prove there was not any in/out activity, but Agent 1022 laughed and said his eyes were the video.

Horrible piss smelling place to park a car. If you do park there, make sure you don't let the meter run out for even five minutes. The guy with a boot is just waiting around to put one on cars. This place is a ripoff.

Parking in New Orleans

Roughly two categories of people can face parking problems in New Orleans – tourists who are new to the city and residents who have trouble interpreting confusing parking signs. Our New Orleans parking page is meant to answer all your parking questions, whether its about lots, garages or on-street parking.

Parking is anything but cheap in New Orleans. Hourly rates are between $5 and $12, with an average 24 hour rate of $21.00. You can save a bit by parking before 9 am (early bird rate) however you won’t be able to leave earlier than the preset hour (usually about 3 pm). Also, you cannot stay longer than 6 pm. Monthly rates are around $145.00.

On street parking is enforced from Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm. Short term meters allow 2 hours of maximum stay for $1.50 per hour. Long-term meters allow a maximum stay of up to 10 hours for $1.00 each hour. Be careful to check for prohibited parking in designated rush hour zones from 7 am - 9 am and 4 pm - 6 pm.
