Convenient to DCU (closest garage) for a college graduation today. Did my research because I would be alone with my mother who is in a wheelchair. Called to inquire about handicapped spots -- was told where they were and that if they were full, attendant would take one of the cones off of one that was coned off. Drove up to Level 5 and got a handicapped spot right next to the elevator. Waited five minutes, no elevator. Walked down the five levels pushing my mom in her wheelchair. Asked attendant. Said the elevator works, but you have to push the "up" button first, even if you are going down. On the way back in, after the graduation, I asked an attendant how to access the elevator from floor 1. His answer? "The elevator doesn't work." So, I had to push my mother up five levels, going against traffic exiting, in 95 degree heat. I'm hoping the elevator being broken was just for today, but if you rely on an elevator, you might want to check before you go. I would not park there again with a wheelchair!

This garage is very convenient to downtown and you can walk inside to get to offices on Front St. There are no attendants so it's 100% automated. I've not had a problem with the card machine that you pay with on the first level I believe right near the stairwell, so try that instead of the exit card readers. Overall it's more expensive by far than other garages nearby but it's very convenient in bad weather.

Valid credit card wouldn't work on a Saturday. No attendants to help. Assistance buttons didn't work. Cash machines didn't work . Phone number called for assistance gave me a voice mail. Had to call 911 for help. Then security suddenly appears . charged $10 for a $3.00 stay. Ripoff
