The worst experience! I went into the garage for less than 5 mins because I went into the wrong garage ! And the man at the counter wants me to pay the full price although according to my ticket I was in there for less than 5 mins .

The best parking attendant go to a young man called Max that always helpful.

Who is this fake supervisor Dee Nice that yell all day need to stop yelling, we can hear your loud mouth from the hospital rooms.Fire him and get a new supervisor please!!!!

Why the elevator are always down

I work across the street and there’s alway a loud voice yelling can you stop yelling and use your walkie-talkie. There no need for that we around sick people that don’t need your headache

Parking lot is clean but the elevator is alway down and out of order had to walk up the stairs with a wheelchair. So much money get the elevator fix.

Why the elevator never work get it fix

I work at the hospital and want to say that your parking attendants, go beyond there way to help get me parking so I can get to work on time

I’m love parking there feel good that my car is safe with good parking attendants.

So nice to be forced to park in this lot and be charged $15 all the while the attendants moving vehicles clearly hit and caused damage to my car. What happens next? Well the worker tries to rub off the scratches and says “oh no, no damage papi.” Then next the site manager comes and actually speaks to me like a human and is very nice but has to get his manager. This manager comes and says that I had this on my car prior and I’m a liar who is trying to commit insurance fraud. Then I get pissed and curse bc they are calling me a liar and a criminal and the scum bag old man manager tells me to “watch my fucking mouth when I speak to him” and gets in my face, puffs out his chest and acts like he wants to fight me. Every one of you aside from D-nice who was the only helpful person are pieces of shit and crooks. No accountability at all when one of their employees hits and damages your vehicle. Fuck this lot, be super wary of using their service bc they don’t give a shot if they fuck up your vehicle.
