Natick Mall - Garage B / Premium Parking Lot #P5401

Same as others reported...no entry ticket, no way to pay until you get a ticket for $59 in the mail (which I tried to appeal unsuccessfully), then a second for $99. I'm trying to get info from the Mayor's Office in Boston re: whether or not this is legit. But if I were you I would NOT park here.

Piling up on the scam alert reviews. All other parking at the mall is free, this parking is just like any other except for the "premium parking" sign. There are not attendants or gate to make you aware of the paying part, there are no signs except for a small one that say to pay before you leave. The machine is very difficult to spot and then to use it you need to enter the plate number. Anyways I gave up trying to pay, no gate to exit either. So it is setup very well as a fee grabbing trap. You get a letter from the most scamish looking place claiming to be municipal enforcement when they are nothing municipal. And they charge 50 fee for the first notice and for every additional delayed notice. As many said I will not come back to the mall just for the reason of the mall having this scam operating there.

This is a scam, they do not have any signs or machines telling you how to pay. No one working there and now I get a bill charging me $59. This is insane. I tried to appeal the ticket, and got rejected. There are free parking all over the mall, and only the few spots are pay-to-park. I feel like it is a trap, or bail-and-switch for the shoppers.

As the other reviewers have mentioned, this feels like a scam. It is not a scam per se, but just a scumish situation. Apparently you have to pay using an app, but there is no clear posting about this, so an unsuspecting person entering the garage simply assumes that is the free garage mall. Shame on the Natick Mall for doing business (and maybe sharing in the profits from fines?) with such an unsavory business.

Yeah don't park here, really I gather the message is don't come to this mall. My wife allegedly parked in an unmarked spot for 25minutes ant 54 seconds while shopping at the mall and now I am receiving certified mail from a company out of New Orleans sending illegal citations and fraudulently pretending to be Municipal Parking Services. I don't know what the Natick mall is thinking, the use of their illegal threatening citations from New Orleans is just asking for people never to come back to this dieing mall, disapointing. This whole place needs to rethink their management.

Unlike every other pay garage I've used, there is no way to pay when exiting. I exited without paying, and I got a $50 threatening"citation." I appealed, got no response except another late fee. This feels like a scam! Pay before leaving!
