Northside Hospital

I paid cash and didn't receive change. Despite completing their online refund form and many phone calls, no response, no refund. I'm just going to find another doctor. I won't park there or at any SPParking again

I believe my debit card was skimmed after using this parking garage. I made two charges that day, one at the Doctor’s office and one to pay my parking fee. Shortly after, 3 charges totaling over $2000 were made to the same card. I will only ever use cash at this establishment.
