Pasadena Court - Lot #53

Couple of days ago, I went to this parking lot for court and knew it's going to be 10 however this blond hair lady who said she was the supervisor rudely yell at me because the payment machine was out order and I park in the wrong floor instead of going to the 3rd, again she was rude about it. Everything would have been understood if she was nice however it seem like she was looking a fight because maybe she was in a bad mood. Never again going to this lot.

I parked in this structure for the Hollywood bowl which I was told was going to be free. Upon arriving the attendant was going to charge me $9. I reminded the attendant I was their for the hollywood bowl and the parking was free. He told me no it was 5 dollars...which confused me cause he had just said 9...so I paid the 5 because I didn't want to deal with it. Literally 2 minutes later the hollywood bowl employees showed up and when I asked them they told me it was free. I'm not sure why the attendant didn't tell me to just wait for them...He knew I was there for the hollywood bowl. which really upset me...Get better staff.
