Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center

Will not use this ramp again. Received what we thought was a token to pay,only put limit to $4. Would have cost 2.75 without it! Ridiculously confusing! The attendant, when questioned didn't offer what it would cost for 1 hr, I asked!

I give this lot 0 stars. Trying to pay for parking and leave the ramp without a pass or credit card is ridiculously cumbersome especially when there is no place to park near the exit and no directions to the pay booth. I only found the booth by walking around the outside of the ramp in the rain. I will never use that lot again.
