Parking in Saint Paul

Parking in Saint Paul can be difficult sometimes; that’s why we strive to provide very concise but important parking information.

Parking meters in the City of Saint Paul are enforced Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Rates vary from $0.50 an hour to $2.00 an hour. Cash, Credit cards, and mobile payments are accepted at any Pay Station.

Vehicles with disability parking license plates or certificates may park at meters free of charge for up to four hours (except at yellow 30 minute meters).

The average rates for off-street parking are $4.00 for one hour, $15 for 24 hours and $115 per month. Naturally, parking for longer periods during the days will be cheaper in a lot or garage, than on-street.
