It is terrible that your employees - upon being asked about the 7 day ticket respond with a crappy “ You’re too late!” She ran my card for $14 and i asked don’t you have a pass for $15? Yes i do / but you are too late! i’ve been paying every day and one day twice when i had to leave and come back/ not one attendant told me I could buy a pass to visit my nephew in ICU for 7 days. Bad customer relations.
