Showboat & Island Waterpark

Omg went to water park came out was a ticket for 68 dollars.. What a ripoff.. we thought we would pay as we left didn’t see any signs.. I am a veteran going to tell every vet not to come to water park…

Exploiting their customers. There's no notice that tells you to pay on the spot. At most parking garages, you are asked to pay when you leave, so we assumed it would be the same here. Nope. The next morning, we got a ticket for $54. Never coming here again, whether or not Showboat is affiliated with them.

Went to AC parked at another casino and paid full price parking. I was told keep your receipts because you can park at any casino for 24hrs off that receipt. Go to Showboat for a few hours so kids can play at arcade and there’s no attendant at beginning so I park and 3 hours later when I go to leave there’s a ticket on my car. I take it in to service desk and they tell me we’re not affiliated with the other casinos and you must pay. The ticket was for 54 dollars. They must be out their mind. That’s theft I tried to pay at desk and they said you gotta use bar code. Had to wait till I got home where I left my phone to find out how they trying to rob me.

This is the most exploitative way to take advantage of people who are spending money in your resort, anyway, so why be SO greedy on the parking! The discount codes NEVER WORK, and as a resident I’m CONSTANTLY stressed out & have to run interfere with offices to try and fix! God forbid your a senior, you’ll NEVER figure it all out! It’s clear this company is not solving any parking issues, just making money by scaring people and giving us all the run around!
