Machine did not print a ticket when I entered garage but lifted the gate anyway. When I went to leave 1-1/2 hrs later the exit machine expected a ticket but when I didn’t have one it tried to charge me $20! I pressed the call button and spoke to a very rude attendant who called me a liar and said I lost my ticket and was trying to scam the system. Avoid this parking garage at all costs!!!!

I went for covid shot yesterday, entered garage, parked on 2nd level, was directed to third floor elevator, had to walk length of garage to broken elevator and closed causeway, hobbled down two flights of stairs (had knee replacement four months ago) ... Ugh!

Nastiest security guard I've ever met. Said such dirty things to paying patrons!

DO NOT use the South Avenue garage if you will be there past 8PM. Attended a concert on a Tuesday night and waited over an hour to get out due to automated kiosks.
