The daily rates are $8 for the earlybird parking during the week and $15 cash if theirs an event across the street at the paramount. Their haven't been an opening for a monthly parking pass in years. It's always clean and have security. I would give them a five star but they charge $15 for event days and they don't have monthly parking passes available.

I normally like to park here since it is a central location. And the EARLY BIRD price is only $7.00. However I disagree when there is an event across the street and the lot charges $10.00 in CASH up front. Why would they charge people that park there daily a different price because of the event. I believe its not FAIR. The event has nothing to do with people who park at the lot for work. Because of that they have lost a regular customer. I have to go park at another parking lot which I found for $6.00 and I did not have to pay cash up front. Knowing that would be a daily rate and not go up in prices because of an event that I don’t even attend. I even called the parking lot office 510-444-7412 to complaint they did not care nor do anything about the issue.
