If I could give them a -10 I would! My credit card got stuck in the machine, so I pushed the assistant button like any normal person would do. An attendant Came running to my car and began yelling at me and aggressively pushing the assistant button to make It stop ringing. He yelled at me and asked me where my ticket was and where my credit card was I explained to him that both items were stuck in the machine. As he huffed and puffed and uttered words I could not make out....he went into the machine got my ticket in my card out and told me that it’s all my fault that my card got stuck in there and threw my credit card in my face. Mind you I’ve been to this garage on several occasions as I have a friend who lives in the building. This was the first time I had an issue with my credit card. Then I got frustrated and I told him that he was show rude and then he continued to yell at me as I was drying driving off. I’d like to file a formal complaint.

I have a monthly parking pass and have been parking here for over a year. The staff is rude, the garage door works about half the time, and dealing with Atlantic Parking Services is about as fun as going to the dentist. On two separate occasions I have gone to my car in the morning to find it covered in a layer of concrete dust. I assume that this was the result of power sweeping the garage but I have yet to be given an explanation (or a warning). There are literally dozens of other parking garages in Silver Spring, my recommendation is to park in one of those.

My card was fraudulently triple charged by Veridian Parking and I am still trying to work with their shadowy parent company "Atlantic Services Group" to resolve this. Also, their prices are only visible after entering the garage, at which point you're obligated to pay in order to exit.
