Worst two parking experiences I’ve ever had. Three years apart. Same rude man on the call box holding up people for 45 min. Beware. Easy to enter. Hard to leave after paying. Expect up to 45 min wait times.

Convenient and cheap. Rarely full.

Multiple signs that 1st hour is free. Space I parked in had a 1-hour only sign, but because of all the other signs about 1st hour being free, I assumed it was just reiterating the same and therefore didn't review in detail. Would have beat myself up for this and the fact that I received a $60 parking ticket as a result, except for the fact that (i) I feel like other people make this assumption and mistake -- eyes just go to "1 hour" and (ii) I was speaking to an attendant and asking him how much additional hours cost. Would have been nice if he had gently reminded me that I should park elsewhere if I wanted to stay over an hour.

There's a portly, middle-eastern, middle-aged man who is incredibly/shockingly disrespectful to women. When you pull up to pay, he rolls his eyes if he has to put his book down and stand up (and actually work), and he regularly barks at people giving aggressive corrective feedback. He yelled at my wife, who is 9 months pregnant, because she didn't pull close enough for him to remain sitting, and made her lean out of the car as far as she could to give him the ticket. If he took 1 step, she wouldn't have had to press and stretch her pregnant belly against the car door.
